  • property address and location

  • county and city/municipality

  • cadastral parcel number and cadastral municipality

  • type of property

  • desired or estimated price

  • information provided by the user in the property description

  • desired arrival and departure dates

  • number of guests

  • information required for issuing invoices, where provided by the user

  • technical data related to the use of the website, where such data is processed through cookies and similar technologies.

  • sending a response and offer

  • arranging the reservation

  • carrying out the reservation after availability has been confirmed and payment received

  • fulfilling legal obligations related to the provision of accommodation services.

Submitting an inquiry through the form does not in itself constitute a confirmed reservation.

A reservation is confirmed only after availability has been confirmed and payment received, in accordance with the reservation terms.

7. INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR ISSUING INVOICES

Where it is necessary to issue an invoice, we may process the data required for the proper issuance and recording of invoices.

If the user requests an invoice to be issued to a legal entity, they may provide the information required for issuing the invoice, including the company name, address and OIB.

The processing of such data is based on compliance with the legal obligations of the data controller.

23. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND PROFILING

We do not make decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect the user solely on the basis of automated processing of their personal data.
